In addition to the main location in Munich, Faktor Zehn also opens an office in the Austrian capital Vienna.

In 2011, Faktor Zehn AG and the Cologne-based consulting firm ConVista start planning to merge under the umbrella of ConVista Consulting AG.

As an expert in Java-based and non-SAP software, Faktor Zehn strengthens ConVista’s service offering in the insurance industry. From now on, ConVista acts as an implementation partner for future customer projects.

This annual meeting is designed to promote the exchange of project experiences and the development of core insurance applications based on Faktor-IPS amongst and with our customer base. In addition, the community contributes technically and conceptually to the further development of the Faktor-IPS tool.

The Faktor-IOS offer and quotation software launched in this year. Also the main office in Munich moves – the old office closes its doors and Faktor Zehn moves into new premises at the Friedenheimer Brücke, not far from the Hirschgarten.

The third software module from Faktor Zehn, Faktor-IPM, is released and is implemented at the first customer in the same year.

At the beginning of 2017, the official Faktor Zehn blog is launched. Via this channel, Faktor Zehn employees report at regular intervals on technical as well as professional insurance topics and provide insights into their own day-to-day work.

To complete the full coverage of core insurance processes by Faktor Zehn software, the claims management system Faktor-ICS is launched in 2018.

Faktor Zehn celebrates its 15th anniversary, while ConVista celebrates its 20th anniversary. In the same year, the Insurance Business Partner (Faktor-IBP) is launched.

Faktor Zehn GmbH is awarded as a Great Place to Work for the first time. The software house achieves 2nd place three times in the size category 50 to 250 employees in the following categories: Best employer in Germany, best employer in Bavaria and best employer ITK.

Due to the continuous expansion of the product portfolio and the content of the annual community meeting, the Faktor-IPS User Group is renamed as the Faktor Zehn User Group.

The commission solution Faktor-ICO is developed in close cooperation with BavariaDirekt and completed in 2022. After a project duration of seven months, the commission module goes live for the first time at the Bavarian insurance company.

Faktor-IPO forms the basis for an end customer portal solution for insurers. The software serves as a project accelerator and enables policy holders to view contracts and documents at any time and on any device, as well as to easily submit requests and track their processing.

Faktor Zehn is celebrating its 20th anniversary: Since its foundation in 2004, the company has established as a leading provider of core insurance software. Today, six of the ten largest German insurers, as well as customers in Austria and the Netherlands, rely on Faktor Zehn solutions. The company is moving into the future with a clear commitment to honesty, openness and transparency.
