VPV relies on Faktor Zehn software for its commercial business
As part of the project, the product system, the policy system and the claims system of Faktor Zehn will be integrated into VPV's system landscape.
Stuttgart, 05.06.2024 – VPV Versicherungen (VPV) is expanding its composite product portfolio to include its own product landscape for tradespeople. As part of this project, VPV has decided to use Faktor Zehn software.
Since the first quarter of 2024, the project to implement the new commercial system has been running. As part of the project, the Faktor Zehn product system, policy system and claims system will be integrated into VPV’s system landscape. The planned project duration is just under three years. With the new software solution, VPV is creating the basis for developing its own commercial products, maintaining them in the policy portfolio and managing claims.
Steffen Guttenbacher, Member of the Executive Board, and Stefanie Fakesch, Project Manager, say:
„With Faktor Zehn, we have not only found future-proof system components for handling our commercial business processes, but also a partner that is ideally suited to us and will accompany us on this path both professionally and technically.“
The crucial factors in choosing Faktor Zehn were the impressive scope of services of the standard software, its individual adaptability and the partnership-based and transparent cooperation from day one.
Appreciative and good cooperation is a strategic success factor – VPV expresses this deep core belief with #US. This #US is also lived by the employees of Faktor Zehn in the commercial team!
