Ecclesia Group Relies on Faktor Zehn Software to Modernize its Core Brokerage System
This project has now evolved in the comprehensive renewal program “ecOS,” which aims to make processes within Ecclesia Group more digital and intuitive.

Detmold, May 8, 2025 – In September 2024, the Ecclesia Group started a digitalization project together with the software company Faktor Zehn to modernize its core brokerage system and make it future-proof. This project has now evolved in the comprehensive renewal program “ecOS,” which aims to make processes within Ecclesia Group more digital and intuitive.
As part of this program, Ecclesia Group will use a range of Faktor Zehn modules, including the Faktor-IPS product system, the Faktor-IOS quotation system, the Faktor-IPM policy management system, the Faktor-ICS claims system, and the Faktor-IBP partner system.
Faktor Zehn was chosen because Ecclesia Group was seeking technologically advanced, market-proven, and open standard software—a solution that is continuously developed in terms of technology and functionality while remaining open to individual enhancements by the customer.
“We are delighted to have found a partnership with Faktor Zehn for our transformation, enabling us to combine the advantages of modular standard software with our own developments. This allows us to focus on our strengths in development, where we can add value for our customers,”
says Dr. Andrea Weierich, Chief Information Officer of the Ecclesia Group.
“We are proud to have gained the Ecclesia Group, Germany’s leading insurance broker, as a customer. We look forward to the joint project and to working together,”
says Jörg Renger, Managing Director of Faktor Zehn.
