BavariaDirekt goes productive with its commission and policy solution for household insurance

The digital insurer is now also introducing the new household product into the existing Faktor-ICO commission solution and the policy management system based on Faktor-IPM. This once again makes BavariaDirekt a pioneer in the use of the lean commission solution.
The implementation phase for the household insurance segment started at the beginning of 2023. After just nine months, both the policy management system and the commission system for the household segment successfully went live.
The systems are consistently designed for performance in order to be able to handle the massive access figures of the connected sales partner platforms without any problems. With the switch of the new household product to the FaktorZehn platform, all existing non-life products have now been implemented in the new IT architecture.
