ERGO further expands digital quotation platform and creates new opportunities for hybrid customers

Düsseldorf, June 17, 2022 – The digitalization of ERGO, in order to optimize the customer language and support continues to progress. A key component of this is the introduction of the cross-divisional digital quotation platform, which will enable ERGO to offer its customers tailor-made insurance products, which can be consulted and completed through a combination of different channels (online, phone, agents, etc.). Today, numerous non-life, life and additional health tariffs are already included in the digital platform, which is constantly being expanded to include additional rates.

The platform is based on the Faktor-IOS software, which is Faktor Zehn’s offer and quotation solution.

With the introduction of five new supplementary dental tariffs as well as the migration of existing dental tariffs to the new quotation system, the sales processes have been harmonized and another important milestone has been reached.

The success of the go-live and migration is based on the good performance and cooperation of the project team, consisting of colleagues from ERGO Germany, ET&S (ERGO Technology & Services) from Poland, and Faktor Zehn. The international cooperation caused the challenge of carrying out the entire project in English, while the products were developed for the German-speaking market. The experience in the collaboration model is now being incorporated into further phases and projects.
