Start of the new trainee program

Last week Thursday our new trainee program started!

Just in time for Easter, not only Fipsi hatched fresh and motivated from his egg. On the Thursday before Easter, our trainee program started just as fresh with new trainees!

Over the next few months, they will attend various training courses to familiarize themselves with Faktor Zehn products. After the trainee program they can work as consultants or developers in our projects. At the end of the program, they will work on an internal project in small groups so that they can directly implement their ideas in practice. In doing so, they can also deepen the processes and contents they have learned on their own.

We are looking forward to the coming months and would like to welcome our new trainees.
