Welcome to our new trainees!

We extend a warm welcome to all our new trainees.

About three weeks ago, on 01.10., one of our biggest introduction days so far took place at ConVista & Faktor Zehn with a total of 25 newbies. Among all new colleagues were also 8 newbies, who are part of our trainee program at Faktor Zehn.

Over the next six months, our trainees will go through an intensive boot camp at Faktor Zehn as Java developers and as business consultants. During the first two months, they will take part in numerous training sessions to get them off to an ideal start in their day-to-day work at Faktor Zehn. After the training program, they apply their theoretical knowledge in practice on an internal project and then start working directly on one of our customer projects or in our product development department from January onwards. On Monday, October 4, there was an additional introductory day just with the Faktor Zehn trainees, the support team and the People & Culture team. A personal meeting will follow at the end of October. We are very happy to welcome you to the Faktor Zehn team!
